To support our Vision and Mission, IndepRS Consulting (Pty) Ltd establishes measurable Quality Objectives that guide performance and continual improvement:

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, professionalism, and service excellence

Quality Targets

Our Quality Targets translate our objectives into measurable performance indicators that are monitored, reviewed, and updated as part of our continual improvement process:

· Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a minimum satisfaction rating of 90% across all engagements

· Service Delivery: Achieve 95% on-time completion of projects, assessments, and consulting deliverables

· Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain a nonconformity rate below 2% for all documented outputs and reports

· Competence Development: Ensure 100% completion of required training and competency evaluations annually

· QMS Improvement: Implement at least three improvement initiatives per year based on audits, feedback, and performance data

· Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct a minimum of two structured client or stakeholder review sessions annually
